Our full-time client services representative, Mary Beth Essa, will be readily available by phone (415-652-3060) to help you and your staff with report availability, logistics support and general questions regarding our extensive testing menu.
NOTE: Given current events with the COVID-19 pandemic, we will continue to deliver our service in the safest fashion by an auto-fax system that will be tied directly into our lab information system in lieu of delivered paper reports. This will be paired with an online client portal for on demand retrieval of additional copies of reports.
